Job Description:

AUFGABENSTELLUNG

• Optimierung, Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsprozesse im Bereich Fertigungsvorbereitung der A350
• Ermittlung von Cost Improvement Maßnahmen
• Aufplanung von Nacharbeiten auf Basis von Phasenabschlüssen, NCs/Concessions, etc.
• Neu- und Serienplanung von Baugruppen
• Koordination des Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP) im Hinblick auf Kosten, Termine und Qualität
• Auswahl von Fertigungskonzepten
• Arbeitsplanerstellung
• Koordination und Bearbeitung von Fehlerpunkten und Beanstandungen
• Identifizieren von Fertigungsproblemen
• Einleitung von Abstellmaßnahmen
• Sicherstellung interner und externer Quality Gates

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL)

• Diplom-Ingenieur(in), Techniker(in) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Planung und Projektmanagement
• DV-Kenntnisse (Google Workspace, MS-Office, SAP/PR3, PASS SSI)
• Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Flugzeugbau
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein hinsichtlich Termine, Kosten, Qualität sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
• Belastbarkeit und gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
